How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery across South Africa via Aramex Store-To-Door typically takes 8–11 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

My item arrived faulty — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please report any faulty or defective items within 5 days of delivery with photos via our contact page. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with the SA Consumer Protection Act.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.

Yes — all vessl bottles are 100% BPA-free and safe for everyday use by kids and adults.

Are the bottles leak-proof?

Absolutely. vessl bottles are designed to be fully leak-proof — bags stay dry, always.

How do I clean my vessl bottle?

Hand wash only with warm soapy water. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave. For best results, clean after every use and allow to air dry with the lid off.

How long will my drink stay cold?

vessl bottles use double-wall insulation to keep drinks cold for hours — easily lasting a full school day from first break to home time.
