1. General These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers and users of the vessl™ online store. vessl™ reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Products We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours and images will be perfectly accurate. Product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. vessl™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where a pricing error has occurred, including after the order has been confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. vessl™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are delivered via Aramex Store-To-Door within 8-11 business days after dispatch. vessl™ is not liable for any delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details on returns, exchanges and refunds. vessl™ reserves the right to assess each return request on a case-by-case basis.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vessl™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Product Use vessl™ products are intended for their stated purpose only. vessl™ is not liable for any damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, improper care, or use contrary to the product instructions provided.

9. Intellectual Property All content on the vessl™ store, including logos, images, text and branding, is the property of vessl™ and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
