Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times We deliver across South Africa via Aramex Store-To-Door. Please allow 8-11 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as public holidays and school holidays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your delivery at any time via the Aramex website.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Aramex will make contact to arrange an alternative delivery time. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are correct at checkout. vessl™ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

Delays While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, vessl™ is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, public holidays, or any other circumstances beyond our control. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with Aramex to resolve the matter promptly.
